You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. A valid proof of purchase from Myvoraa.com is required.
Products that show signs of use, wear, damage not caused during shipping, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a return.

Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and share the necessary instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Myvoraa LLC is not responsible for lost return packages.
Restocking Fee
Myvoraa does not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You may be asked to provide photos or videos for verification.
In such cases, Myvoraa will cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement, depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, including Google Pay, Stripe, credit or debit cards, and PayPal, within 5 to 10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
Myvoraa currently does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days after processing.
Myvoraa offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
